Our story in Valladolid started just like yours: looking for a home. Since 2018 we have helped other families buy, sell and rent homes, land and ranches in Valladolid and the surrounding area. We know what it means to start over in a new place, and in a new country.
Our story
It all started with a house hunt
Some stories start with a stroke of luck. Ours didn’t. When we arrived in Valladolid we looked for a home like any other family, and ran into the same thing many people do: no one to explain the paperwork patiently or to check the documents thoroughly.
That’s when we understood what was missing. In 2018 we opened Bejarano Real Estate so that buying, selling or renting here would be easier than it was for us: we thoroughly review the legal status of every property and explain each step, from payment options to the questions of people moving from another country.
We are still a family business, and Valladolid is our home: we know its neighborhoods, its easygoing pace and its houses with stories almost 500 years old. There is no call center and no middleman: you talk to us from start to finish, in English or Spanish.

We meet at the office and take you to each property from there, or by video call if you’re not here yet.

We thoroughly review the property’s legal status and go with you to the notary and through the payments, with trusted partners.
We stay with you
After the signing we’re still here. And if you want to rent out your property, we manage it for you.
